Socks are cheaply made

Product haven’t arrived yet. I know they’ll be good. You guys need to drop Canada Post. A 5 to 7 days shipping has turned into 4 weeks. I know we’re going through though times but other shipping companies have managed to make it work. CanadaPost didn’t. If I knew the 5 to 7 days shipping option was with CP, I would’ve gladly paid extra. Maybe it’s something your guys could change when you list various shipping options!? You guys make great products tho. Can’t wait to get them!

I usualy buy the small size from Volcom product. The small size from this item feel like a medium size. I’ve ask for a refund the day i’ve receive my order and have no respond from them. The 45 days of warrantie will be over and i’ll be stock with my order. I’ve make a replacement order and already receive it. I understand the COVID situation, but i don’t want to be penalize because they don’t have enough employee to answer the refound request.
