I had decided to go with Vernal due to their styles of their desks with solid wood tops. At first I was worried but due to their pricing and online videos of unboxing, their packaging was really well protected so I had decided to pull the trigger and bought it. The desktop did however came with a scratch and it was well over 30 days. But Vernal was prompt with their responses ever since it came to my attention. They contacted me and updated me every day under 24 hours. They were quick to send a new replacement desk top within standard delivery time of under a week. I also was worried as the replacement desktop won’t come with additional cable clips. But the team’s quick thinking in sending a link for the amazon purchase and then refunding me the for the cost of the invoice was thoughtful and super smart because the warehouse couldn’t provide additional ones. I think in general the whole team is super thoughtful of their customer.
