When my desk arrived one of the table pieces had severe damage and I was nervous to reach out to customer support based on a few reviews I had read. My actual experience couldn’t have gone better though and after getting a response within a couple hours they offered to ship out a replacement part right away. It was a 10/10 experience honestly.

I have to admit I was hesitant to purchase such an expensive product online without seeing it. But after reading reviews and researching the company - I pulled the trigger. I ordered everything! The desk, drawer, file and side cabinets, cable mgt tray and the desk shelf. The only item I was disappointed with was the Vernal Desk shelf. The pull out tray does work as advertised. It is a very poor design. I contacted the company and they refunded my money and let me keep the product. All other items are top quality products. The desk motor is very quiet. I would recommend this to anyone.

Love my desk. I went with the larger size with all of the accessories. Best part is the whole desk goes up and down smoothly not just one section. The wire hide kit and privacy panel makes for a sleek and clean look. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service with expeditious solutions! I had an issue ordering the wrong size shelf and they quickly resolved it and I had the correct sized shelf delivered less than 2 days!
