Worst skincare purchasing experience I have ever had. Ordered HUNDREDS of dollars of product that I have not received. Was promised it would ship within 5 business days - a LIE. It's been weeks and still hasn't shipped. The person who wrote me after I reached out dgaf, didn't apologize, and didn't send a tracking number!! I think you are a scam company, and will never buy from you again. If I don't get every single sample I selected with my order (should it ever arrive) I will deny all the charges. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
