I am trying to return a “PAVILIA Toiletry Bag for Men

The Terrible Odor of this Bag is Horrible. I have aired it out on our porch for 4 days and the Odor still exists.
Order # on Packing Slip is: 5465289. Dated 4/26/2023. Ship Date 4/27/2023
This Order # is not accepted when I used it to return item.
The Order # on my original order I placed online to track order is # 13717.

When I clicked on need help to find order #, nothing like the example is used on any paperwork, shipping label.
Please advise, as I have included all the informaton above.
Amorepacific acknowledged the #13717, so why don’t you
provide me with a correct email or telephone # for Pavilia. Apparently you do not want return customers.
