It took forever to get the response from the customer service.

I recently purchased some day and night kits during your sale and only received 1/5 in the mail. But there was no order updates on the other 4/5, whether it was out of stock or backordered and will ship later. It wasn’t until I reached out to customer service and found out everything was out of stock and at some point I should be receiving a refund. It wasn’t a great shopping experience and wish there were more order updates.

Order not fulfilled. Though a 20% coupon was provided. I do not think an 20 percent is a good compensation when 15 percent is available in the market. Also, the items and special offer were not available.

Customer support never really helped. That was not what I was hoping for since I know South Korean customer service. The Amore Pacific north america is a joke!
