I find your business practices

I find your business practices lacking. You bombard me with promotions that turn out to be disappointments. I subscribed to your newsletter, but when I tried to get a discount on my purchase, it said on your next purchase. I had the reserve cream in my bag, but the discount expired before I could purchase it.

The product was exactly what

The product was exactly what I ordered, timing of delivery was fair enough. However, I didn't receive my samples. Which is a nice treat and how one is to try to see if they will buy more products. I reached to customer service and they basically told me that they couldn't mail them out to me because I didn't order any, but in all fairness the response was prompt and she did offer that on the next order they give extra samples. However I still feel it was a bit lackluster for me.
