Poor customer service. I bought a serum but it’s malfunction as the turning knob didn’t work. I emailed the office since dec 10 but still haven’t got resolved yet. No phone number you can call that smother problem

My shipping address mistaken autofilled

My shipping address mistaken autofilled to my office address instead of my home address, which I didn't realize until right after I completely my order. I contacted customer service immediately but never heard back. Days later it shipped, to the wrong address, and I sent another message to customer service. I never got a response to my emails, and now my package has been delivered to my office, an hour away, while I am at home during the pandemic.
