I returned one of your products and it was rcvd Dec 17. I still have not gotten a refund.

Poor customer service. I bought a serum but it’s malfunction as the turning knob didn’t work. I emailed the office since dec 10 but still haven’t got resolved yet. No phone number you can call that smother problem

I love the products - however, contacting customer care was not as helpful as I would have liked as it relates to placing an order.

My shipping address mistaken autofilled to my office address instead of my home address, which I didn't realize until right after I completely my order. I contacted customer service immediately but never heard back. Days later it shipped, to the wrong address, and I sent another message to customer service. I never got a response to my emails, and now my package has been delivered to my office, an hour away, while I am at home during the pandemic.
