Amorepacific products are great but

Amorepacific products are great but I’ve had multiple issues with the customer service side. My orders have been rescheduled 3 days later than anticipated. I’ve participated in the reward points program and referred my friends and had to go back and forth with customer service for over a week to be credited. They don’t fully care about the customer experience. One of the most important aspects of buying luxury brands is the customer experience, this is what brings value to the brand so unfortunately the value I viewed amorepacific with has declined.

Ordered the lip serum and the product came In with red color on the tips of the applicator... looks used! AMOREPACIFIC reply is so slow on the issue!

Your products are exceptionally good. The service is basically absent. I sent 3 emails that I never got the stuff that I ordered. No one ever responded. Shame!

Ordered a lot of product

Ordered a lot of product and can’t get a hold of customer service to discuss issues with the order. One cream package arrived open with the leaflet out (while the entire order was still plastic wrapped in the box) and sample were old! The lip serum had brown spot on the applicator, for example. The phone number for customer service listed on the order slip rings someone’s cell phone and you are not answering emails. Horrible service. Will never buy again.
