I was unsatisfied with getting

I was unsatisfied with getting a text message to entice me to make a purchase. The text stated a mystery gift bag with products worth over $500 with $500 purchase. I made a $600+ purchase that same day. My order did not come with promised gift bag. When I inquired, I was told that it was until supplies lasted. How would I know when supplies ran out--especially when I ordered on the same day. Even if you ran out of the bag, you should have substituted another gift. Within 1-2 days, there was a free ampoule offer with purchase of $200. There's another gift with smaller purchase. When I inquired via the website, I just got 2 stock answers with little to no thought of how to make it up to a customer who has been using Amore Pacific since 2014.

I have been a loyal fan of the brand for more than a decade purchasing my products through a department store, however, I decided to shop directly online with your company for the first time. Unfortunately, the “support” or “customer service” was disappointing and she should be issued more training at this level.
