I sent email to customer service and she wasn't very friendly and I didn't get a detailed explanation. my question was I’ve been using Essential cream fluid for about three years so I’m pretty used to it. But every time I use it, it smells weird like a fish oils. You guys changed ingredients? I want to know. Also I was expecting to buy few products after using the sample. But I didn’t receive it.

No one responded email. I disappointed that I have no samples received with my order.

Products were used and no safety seal. :(
