I tried to place an order using my 10%discount and Apple Pay. The Apple Pay was not accepted, for no reason except I suspect they don’t really take it, and when I tried to pay with a credit card the discount stated “already used”. But of course it wasn’t since the order didn’t go through. Then I tried to contact the company. The website says chat, but there’s no chat box. I sent an email to which I got a reply that it round be answered within 3 days. (It wasn’t). And there is no phone number. Poor e-commerce practices. Very frustrating.
