Right after I just purchased

Right after I just purchased 2 products, came 20% off sale. I emailed to see if they would do price adjustment and I was refused. They should of tried to compensate in any way and try to make it right. I just got flat No. made me feel like this company doesn’t care about their good customers.

I love their products. Advertising is often inaccurate and not honored. Most recently ordered a product that was supposed to be on sale, took multiple emails and chat online before they agreed to honor the terms of the sale. Also the gift with purchase was to include 20 items, only eight were sent.

I like the products for

I like the products for the most part and use them from time to time. Regarding the business however: the website promos are misleading. If it's sitewide, the promo should be sitewide. If exclusions apply, it should state that there are exclusions (and therefore it is not "sitewide"). Nowhere on your website did it say that the recent promo had some exclusions-- it just said "sitewide". But it wasn't. false advertising is annoying.
