I use Sulwhasoo - since about 3 plus years now and am loving it. The problem is your customer service. Snail pace response to complaints / queries does not help anyone especially when your products are sold at all the major retailers.

I still do not know if my order went through?

Product is fine, but customer service is lacking. They claimed I didn't add the free samples to my cart and refused to ship them to me afterwards. I was looking forward to trying out other products and purchasing from them again online.

Enjoy using the products and have been a Amorepacific user for 7+ yrs but customer service from your online site is useless. Responses are received a day or 2 later, doesn’t provide a direct answer to concerns or questions, a waste of my time. Would rather purchase directly from in store retailers where customer service is readily available and much more helpful.

The site lacks information, it is poorly designed, hard to maneuver, there is no customer service. If I didn’t like the products so much I’d be moving on to another brand.
