After ordering twice and getting no samples I wrote in for help. My husband ordered the next time using the suggestions given. Order received again with no samples. I emailed Amore Pacific again and told them the problem. Again, I was told didn't follow the directions. I guess I will order from my Neiman Marcus sales person who always gives me samples and lets me know about new products.

I have used amorepacific products for 20 yrs. I like the products. They are priced a bit higher than that of Korea, but it's understandable. Processing and Shipping is very slow, though. It takes at least 3 days to process and shipping takes over a week. Next time, I'll just order overseas from Korea. It's faster. Also, they give you a lot more samples and free gifts if you order from Korea.

I give you 3 stars because of customer service. My order No. 100045029A. I spent over $500 and selected all the samples that I was eligible to choose. You sent me only. I sent an email and asked about it. A few email exchanges were made without any success to fulfill my request and email dialog stopped with no further discussion. All I am asking that you send me the remaining sample items that I am eligible to receive and I will keep the product. Is that too much to ask? thank you!

Love the products but it’s hard to get customer service.

Decent face cream. Not too thick and not too thin. Interesting scent with a hint of ginger. The only thing I didn’t like was it didn’t absorb very quickly into my skin and felt a bit tacky. Cute packaging (looks like a honey pot which is fitting because it contains honey).
