Once I placed my order I had no further contact with you. I did not know what happened to my order or when it would arrive. Only after my inquiry did I feel reassured that you had my order and was, in deed, sending it. My order finally arrived today. I have had previous orders with you and never experienced this type of customer service

I dont know yet if product is good because i just used for first time today. Time will tell. Also you did not include instuction on use with my purchase. I am waiting to hear from your C&S department. I sent email on Friday the 30th. Have not heard back yet.

After sampling the Time Reserve Cream I decided to purchase when it was 20% off last week. It fell through cracks somehow. After contacting your CS they said they could not honor it. However, the did reply, so that constitutes at least an 'okay' rating. Thanks!
