I have used the Time Response line for years and love the products. I am giving this three stars because I replenished the entire line when I received the SMS for the goodie bag and free product. Did not receive any of this, even thought I ordered right away. I was told supplies were gone by the time I ordered. There was no mention of this on the ad. Feels like a bait and switch to me.

I love love your products , but I have been trying to get an answer about your foundation anti aging and can not get Andy information , my question is , why can I not order it , are you discontinuing it ! I surely hope not !

Two of your products are either not made anymore or very difficult to purchase since it is sold out. I noticed when the toner was not being offered the recommended toner was $20 more. I do not appreciate spending extra money or hunting for my moisturizer. Sorry going back to tatcha
