I’m a bit disappointed with the last order I made. I was missing one of the sample in the cyber Monday gift set, the 31ml deluxe size essence. I emailed customer service to request they be more careful with the shipping, since this isn’t the first time all the sample items listed didn’t come. I was told that it will be shipped to me separately. But I never received it. It’s a sample gift, so I’m not asking for a refund and I didn’t expect it to be shipped separately. However, the overall experience wasn’t satisfactory. I will have to rethink ordering extra items to meet the minimum to get the extra gifts next time though.

Not happy with the fact that U pulled your tinted moisturizers with the cushion off the market without informing anyone .No one has a clue if you are going to come back with it .U no longer sell your make up products at Neimans etc so it is difficult to find your products .This to me is bad customer service .

I would love to be able to order the large size of the serum and take advantage of the extra samples of all the other products that is available to customers in the United States. I live just across the border in Canada but we are not allowed to drive across & shop even though our covid numbers are far better & we allow Americans to cross into Canada. Love your products though.

I do love your products, however some are very costly for me. I already notified you that I did not receive the gifts with my last order, and was very disappointed.

There is nothing you can do with my problem with your company. I live in Canada. Even though I can buy your product from other sources and stores in Canada… they do not offer the “free with purchase/purchase with purchase etc” from those places. That’s what drew me to your site but you do not deliver to Canada.
