I like your products yet it is frustrating for the less expensive ones to be discontinued, the customer support chat personnel to be impatient and that I did not receive an email notification when products were back in stock.

The shipment is fast.

Products are great. I only use AMOREPACIFIC. ONLY four stars because when there is a problem with an order, it can be frustrating to communicate. Not the best with responding.

The customer service was being effective and having polite response. Appreciate it!
