Having trouble right now getting the Age Correcting Foundation... :(

Order was incomplete. The sample items offered when I placed my order online were not included. The Treatment Enzyme Peel and Cushion compact arrived in excellent condition. Will I receive the samples? My order was placed on Dec. 5 and was not processed until Dec. 14. Is this the usual time for orders to process? I understand the delays in shipping during this time, but it took over 10 business days to receive my order. I am disappointed in the length of time to process my order. I was tempted to give 3 stars but took into consideration the surge in online shopping.

I love a lot of products from AmorePacific. But I would like to see them go further in order to avoid animal testing so that it can become 100% cruelty free brand.

I have tried several products and love them all. My all time favourite is the sunscreen for the face. I’m having a hard time finding a suitable face screen that is comparable! If I was able to still get the sunscreen, I would have rated this 5 stars.

Still waiting on the shipment that UPS indicated was left at front door but we know that is not true! Love the product but can’t use it if it’s missing
