I've order before and everything went extremely smoothly. This time when I ordered I did hear anything for a week, so I called to follow up and about 30min let got an email that the items shipped. When I placed the order (April 7) I indicated I needed my items for an event on April 17, the items arrived to me April 18, and no one reached out saying they wouldn't make it by the requested date.
