Easy to order but the after sale process is severely lacking. There is not much information given as to next steps. I just received my shipment notification - 3 weeks AFTER I received the awards. I will not purchase from US Acrylics again due to this lack of customer service.

My award looked nice however the customer service could use some improvement.

Quality is good. Service attidude is good. Offerred a price in the morning and then raised in the afternoon. Please improve.

image / artwork is not clear and is of poor quality despite the original being very clear and legible.

Between the long back and forth on the project, from getting different measurements of what we needed to get and then from the example piece to what we received was completely different. I also wrote out exactly what we needed to be engraved, they would get it incorrect and would have to redo the artwork so it took longer. We needed these prior to December and couldn't do it even though I was talking to them back in October. We were excited for the project until the very end when they wanted a bigger block with a smaller item in the block. Just didn't make that much sense.
