I gave this team a family member's old retiree badge to embed in acrylic. I talked directly to the staff on the phone; they were very friendly, fast, and helpful. They were able to clean the badge and best of all, the embedded badge now looks like a museum piece! I am happy to have it on display in my home and could not be more satisfied. They are definitely my new go-to for keepsake gifts.
