I’ve been with Faction for the past seven or eight years. I’ve got close to eight pairs of skis, four different hoodies, T-shirts, etc. I just returned a hoodie for a smaller size and not only did it take a month, but they didn’t send me the correct size. They issued me a refund instead. Now I have to go back in and re-purchase what I want.
