I ordered these early March, but they’re never shipped. Customer service responded to my inquiry about when they may ship saying that the package had been lost, the proceeded to issue me a refund. At the time they said they would do so, there were more skis available in the length I was after. By the time the refund hit my account, the skis were sold out. I’m very disappointed in my experience with Faction this go around, especially as a long time customer who was buying their 6th pair of skis from the brand.
