My order arrived in completely destroyed condition. The case was broken, the stopper removed from the bottle, and all of the whiskey dumped out. They promised a replacement, but it's now over a month later, and it still hasn't shipped.

Their rewards program did not give me the applied discount. After several emails the problem has not been fixed.

Tried to use my points towards a purchase and it wouldn't let me use them. It took numerous emails to finally get a rebate. Won't be ordering from them anymore. Don't be fooled with their sales pitch

Communication was horrible! Would not reply to my emails! Took forever for them to process and ship and would not let me cancel my order! Would NEVER use this company again!!!
