I haven’t received anything

I’ve not received my goods or a refund I was charged about £50 delivery to then be told I’ve got to pay a further fee of £100 this some sort of import tax that was never stated anywhere

You are the worst wine online fulfilment store! It has been three weeks since I have placed my order and still do not have my wine or clarity when it will be delivered. I have requested my purchase refund to no avail. The wine has been in transit for fifteen days! Thankful for PayPal helping me get my refund. Never, never again will I purchase from Uptown Spirits!

Not a good product. The "vodka" was frozen after I placed it in the freezer.
