When purchased was suppose to

When purchased was suppose to have In time for Christmas it was in stock, that’s why I chose company, on the day it was suppose to be delivered I reached out through email because I couldn’t get ahold through phone call, and it just shipped the day I emailed. If I was given the option of overnight I would had to get before Christmas. But never got any response or anything until after shipped and couple days after Christmas.

Customer service means connecting with the customer

I spent $38 on shipping and after two weeks, and on the anticipated date of arrival, I received a notification the shipment had been “damaged“. I have now sent an email each day for four days in a row to get more information and there has been no acknowledgment of receipt for any of the emails or a response to advise on status of replacement or refund.
