Customer service means connecting with the customer

I spent $38 on shipping and after two weeks, and on the anticipated date of arrival, I received a notification the shipment had been “damaged“. I have now sent an email each day for four days in a row to get more information and there has been no acknowledgment of receipt for any of the emails or a response to advise on status of replacement or refund.

It took a lot longer

It took a lot longer than usual for my order to be processed and ship. However, these things sometimes happen, and I’m not upset about it. But half my order never arrived. I received three bottles I ordered in one box. But presumably the other box containing the three bottles of 291 Barrel Proof Rye never got to me.

Delivery and no tracking numbers.

Twice my orders have been later than normal. I’ve tried to call twice to get tracking numbers, and I shouldn’t have to do that. When I first started, it only took five days to get my order in. I’ve had two orders that were over 15 days.
