I'm NOT happy with how long it took for it to FINALLY be delivered (a day late), I knew the Celtics were gonna WIN against Dallas. I'm not gonna pay more for shipping and I made this purchase 1 day after I had just bought a bottle and this took over a week to arrive after that and I paid more in shipping 🤦🏾‍♂️ TIGHTEN UP UPTOWN SPIRITS!!😡

Online store is great. Delivery service terrible. I live in a downtown area with homeless on thexstreets and alcoholics. My apartment building is a secure building with a call box which must be used by guests to gain entry. Delivery personnel are expected to be buzzed in and to deliver product to the apartment door. Your people have been leaving alcohol out on the sidewalk! Not acceptable! By the way, if a delivery person has attempted to reach me from the caal box, it would show up on my phones log - whether I answered or not. Please take up this issue with your delivery service.

long wait for delivery

It seems like it takes a week, sometimes longer is a bit long.

I ordered, everything was smooth, we received our order quickly. HOWEVER, I did a subscription on a couple bottles to get it cheaper, but now I can't figure out how to make any changes to those. I emailed customer service, but I dont think I recieved a response, I dont see one. I did receive an email about an upcoming delivery and to click "here" if I wanted to make changes to the subscriptions. However when I click on that link, its blank.
