Website easy to use but didn't include weight of the dog bowls which is relevant & useful for some customers. i submitted a question on the Vega bowl product page but did not receive a reply. I reached out by DM on Facebook, but did not receive a reply there either. I really like DC gear, but on this occasion customer service was disappointing. Delivery was free for my order which I received next day, this service was excellent.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was rather slow.

Harness caused bruises and bled on one of my dogs

The staff are brilliant, knowledgeable on breed requirements and sizes. Totally let down by the delivery service who were appalling . Copenhagen staff did sort it out and harness arrived in time for holiday. Have since found a supplier who offers Copenhagen gear 24 hour tracked service. Will use them to bypass the appalling delivery problems. So sadly only 3 stars . Copenhagen staff would get 5.

I like that the lead is a little longer than usual. However, the clip is the worst I've ever encountered. First, it has a kind of hooked shape that makes it awkward to clip to my dog's collar. I thought I would get used to it, but after four weeks it's still annoying every time. Second, the clip has a lock - a barrel-shaped locked that you twist. It's so awful. Who even needs a lock? The design of every lead clip I've ever used means that it doesn't release unless you mean it to. On this lead, it locks even when you don't want it to, so you're forever having to fiddle with it. What's more, if it locks while the clip is open, it jams it open for good, so it can easily result in your dog getting loose. This happened to my dog in the park - thank god we weren't next to a road. Whoever invented this awful mechanism obviously never tested it.
