My dog is quite barrel chested . I ordered the largest size but was very tight on him and not enough adjustment on the straps .

There was a technical error with my purchase, so I had to email them before they sorted the issue and shipped the item. While the customer service was helpful and nice, having to catch the mistake and follow up was inconvenient.

Paying for a return at £5 for something that didn’t fit
