used to better with previous purchases. . . the website did not have Texas resident purchase option so I had to figure that out after the purchase, they used to deliver the products in TX but now use a 3rd party and it was another run around to get delivery to my house setup with poor comms. . . like most things that change its only worse now and not better but finally got the bike road legal after more than two weeks, the online financing on the website did not work either and I had to use the higher interest/cost option, again it used to be better, they got all the loose ends fixed for me, this is my third purchase and probably my last from them, lots of other dealers selling the same products for lower cost, tried to go with the tried and true thing but doent seem to apply anymore

Make sure you know what model year you are buying. I assumed mine was 2025 and got a 2021.

The order price was very easy and smooth and shipping was very quick. Received it with within seven days of ordering it however, I did have an issue with a cracked storage box in the inside under the seat and the wheels front wheel spacers that came with were too large had to re-order them. there is really not any instructions for assembly so if you’re not mechanically minded, you’re kind of screwed.
