The order price was very easy and smooth and shipping was very quick. Received it with within seven days of ordering it however, I did have an issue with a cracked storage box in the inside under the seat and the wheels front wheel spacers that came with were too large had to re-order them. there is really not any instructions for assembly so if you’re not mechanically minded, you’re kind of screwed.

Got 2 ATVs, one was a pantora 125UT- purchased fully assembled and tested ( poorly done ) missing nuts on both front shocks. Grease fittings not greased, alot of loose ( very loose) bolts. Was told it was simi- auto but it’s fully auto. The other was a pantora 250 sport. Again purchased fully assembled and tested. It didn’t idle, idle screw all the way in to get to run. ( Will need to replace carb ). All grease fittings were dry on this one also. Other then at the kids are enjoying them.

Online customer service needs works but over the phone is great ,easy to work with and quick on taking care of damages from shipping

When I took it to the dealer where I live to have it looked over they told me that where I bought it from was supplying fill out the warranty paper and that they never signed the title. It bogs down and sometimes dies but we are hoping that it is just trying to get adjusted to the altitude. They said I am going to have a hard time getting it registered so that’s great. They shipped out fast but it still took three weeks to get it. It was well packaged and the website was easy to use.
