TV Shop advertises many very interesting and exciting products but personally, the frustration comes from not having the price displayed. I can’t speak across the board but I like to know what I have to pay in order to budget accordingly.

Shipping is just a rediculous price. Don't t bother. Your paying separate shipping for an item you only want one off. It says buy one get one free but I only wanted one of the items. Won't be buying from them again.

Absolutely no customer service for refund

Product unsuitable, trying to facilitate return very difficult, endless phone calls, e-mails, back and forth. Would never buy from you again

Battery life doesn't last long with the invictys. I was promised a third battery for free and never recieved it
