Bought the Bowflex max trainer 8 and we've been having difficulty getting it to work since it arrived over a week ago. We've been going back and forth with customer service with no outcome. Such a long delay in getting this sorted. Not impressed and will not be buying anything else from TV shop in the future regardless of how good the product seems to be.

Will never, ever become involved with TV Shop ever again in any form. Rubbish service, rubbish email responses to queries, sales people whose command of English is wanting and worst of all fobs off used items and charges new prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUBBISH RUBBISH
