I wasn't that impressed with the phone call. I didn't know why I had to pay the Risk Free Trial when it is a christmas gift and won't be opened until december. This was ignored by the operator who just "boxed on" and didnt answer the question. I also asked if I could pay in full if I chose and wasn't explained that it was with Debit Success and on a fixed scheudle.

Delivery and Packaging was Very good. Got all my orders and website was very helpful. The Invictus worked for a good 10mins then shut of so I charged the batteries and still doing the same.

Dissappointed that the items came seperately in two days. would be better if the heater and stand came together on same day

It is difficult to purchase personal clothing items online. The service was excellent and I finally found the right size. The garment it didn’t quite come up to expectation regarding design. Where I expected a firm band that didn’t roll up it was too soft. It was necessary to keep unwanted padding in to keep the shape.But, at the reduced price special I can have no real complaint and am happy to wear it.
