I would have given more
I would have given more stars but was disappointed. I found the contact with TV shop great while going through the purchase and delivery of my Rowshaper. When I decided to return it they gave me clear instructions but once posted I heard absolutely nothing. I followed tracking info via Australia post and had to phone TV shop after it arrived. Was then told my refund would be in bank in 2 to 3 days. It should not have been me that had to follow up.
