I would have given more stars but was disappointed. I found the contact with TV shop great while going through the purchase and delivery of my Rowshaper. When I decided to return it they gave me clear instructions but once posted I heard absolutely nothing. I followed tracking info via Australia post and had to phone TV shop after it arrived. Was then told my refund would be in bank in 2 to 3 days. It should not have been me that had to follow up.

I'm still waiting for three resolution of the faulty Invectus one hand vacuum I returned. Until the I find hard to improve on my review. The package was tracked and received at its destination. Would be nice to know what's happening. Regards Bob Howitt

Doesn't seem to cool room very well still sweating

Tv shop products are however when you call they constantly try to sell more to you! And I have to wonder just how much feedback is taken forward . Unfortunately I found it hard to understand the operator, who is very pleasant, therefore I have questions unanswered as it seems like they have a script to read from. Not a great review but not a bad either. Constructed feedback !

Not happy with the tortoise shell framed glasses as the lense is totally different & 2 orange
