The whole experience of purchasing an item from here was terribly slow. From paymenr confirmarion, getting the item dispatched to receiving it. Its been weeks now and it is still not delivered. I regularly purchase industrial items from the eastern states and they usually arrive within 7 to 10 days. The whole process of dealing with you guys is slow. Boubt I will do it again
