I am really disappointed. I got the TL35 120 kg model. When I received it the instructions advised I had to use one of the work platform's as a spreader bar. This means I don't have a work platform for my tools or paint tray. Also the ladder no longer has a clear section in the middle to clear objects. This was not explained to me by the sales person or shown on your detailed TV commercial. Technically you have misrepresented your product. The is not allowed in consumer law and I am disappointed that such a well known company would do this. You advise 30 days free trial but effectively for me to send it back is going to cost me $250 - $300. To you credit the staff I spoke to were very polite and friendly and the ladder arrived in 2 days.
