Had issues with it and contacted customer care, still waiting for their reply to my email from 18 days ago. Charging light stopped working during charging, guy on the phone said I should not be charging it overnight. I thought that’s what a charging dock was for so you don’t have to turn it on and off. Anyway I have resolved the problem myself. Wont be dealing with TV shop anymore, terrible back-up service. I would give a zero star rating if the system allowed me to do so.

I purchased the Remedy Massage System under the 30 day risk-free offer. The product, unfortunately isn't helping with my pain related to my MS. It feels good while using it. But no lasting effect. I have written 2 emails, to different addresses, almost a week ago and still not received an answer with details how I return it - it's well under the 30 day free trial. So that is extremely disapointing

I suppose for $13.50 each you can expect much. But these lenses are seriously dark and not something I would wear riding g a mountain bike or other. I only purchased these as the advertising indicated enhanced vision clarity- certainly not the case.
