The product I bought I believed contained 6000 mg of L-tryptophan per serve according to the photo and when I receive the product it only contained 2000 mg per serve. Otherwise the service was great.

Hi, I know it’s out of your hands once posted but I still have no received my order I paid extra to have express posted on the 28/10 perhaps a different postal service is needed

I rang and spoke to somebody directly, and elderly man. I advised him of my new address as I had just moved house and accidentally used my old address. . He read the address back to me, assuring me it would come to my new address. The next day I had a notification from Australia Post advising that they have picked up my parcel and it was heading to my previous address. I had to do a few backflips with Australia post to get them to not deliver it to my old address and bring it to where I am now. . this caused me a lot of grief to get Australia Post ti agree to bring it to my new address and this also delayed the delivery time

Response to question on where order was or if it had been dispatched etc was great but I ordered on the 20/8/25 and only just received today 3/9/25 once order was chased up delivery was quick.

I actually thought that I was supporting a local small business but no not at all
