I would prefer it if

I would prefer it if you went back to delivery via courier. Australia Post only delivers to the post office and I have to drive there, collect a 10kg parcel over the counter, carry it to my car, load it in and unload again at home. The reason I ordered online was that it was delivered to my house.

I received the wrong order.

I received the wrong order. Emailed to inform of this and was supposed to be contacted back but heard nothing at all.

Customer service is difficult to find. Product delivery very slow.

Hi. I placed an order for 2 x 500ml Alogard on the 16/1/26. I received no correspondence saying the order was despatched and so on the 23/1/26 I replied to the order confirmation email and that email bounced. I phoned one of the produce stores that I found listed on the internet as being connected with Tuckers, and the person who answered said they would look into it. I heard nothing more until on the 27/1/26 I received an email from Australia Post saying a parcel was being prepared. I finally received the order on the 28/1/26. Placing the order was easy. Finding a number to call for customer support was very difficult.

Did not send my order until I asked were it was I paid on the 20/11/25 and they sent it on the 3/12/25

No contact details to ask questions.

Unfortunately, when I went to use the "Apparent Wetter 1000", I noticed that the goods were supplied already past the Use By date. . I tried to email the store, but the website has no contact details anywhere. I found an email address on their privacy notice but that email address is invalid.
