TRX (New EU Shopify Store)

U didn’t need to list what the product is constructed from, did not see that when I purchased them

Item not as described

I can’t set up a password. The screen just freezes.

Not intuitive Constant change between currencies. For Germany region you have to choose Netherlands. Why? Why not just EU?

Long response times and not particularly helpful. I’m apparently responsible for checking in on their stock rather than them resolving the situation on my behalf.
