TRX (New EU Shopify Store)

Long response times and not particularly helpful. I’m apparently responsible for checking in on their stock rather than them resolving the situation on my behalf.

Terrible. Took weeks to deliver. No communication until I got in touch. You only get 1 star for lady who kept me updated after.

Shipping was poor many weeks before I received my purchase and it took ages to find someone to actually deal with it but got there in the end these other stuff I’d buy but I don’t want the same issues again so it’s put me off future purchases
