TRX (New EU Shopify Store)

The U.K. distribution needs a serious review, very poor communication and cancelled order after waiting for 6 months. Customer service (USA) sorted it and replaced some faith in TRX

Getting a returns notice was not easy

No response from customer services.

2 stars because even though I was unable to access the subscription due to a ‘technical issue’ the customer service team were very responsive to me about it

Product itself was good but my item handles were sticky which was horrible. Customer services weren’t helpful at the start but then finally offered to replace. I didn’t take them up on this but am unlikely to purchase anything else because of the overall experience
