I am writing to provide feedback on my recent order experience. Unfortunately, I did not receive the item I ordered, and after being informed of a delay by DHL, I was later told that a replacement would be sent. However, I received no further updates or information regarding the replacement.
The communication throughout this process was slow and unsatisfactory. As a result, I have requested a full cancellation and refund. I wanted to share my experience to highlight the areas where your service and communication can be improved.
Due to this experience, I am no longer interested in using your services in the future.
