The original sink arrived damaged, and they asked me to pay for a replacement of the sinking If I wanted it to be originally what I ordered. After paying the difference and receiving the new sink, it retained water ring stains on the surface. The product was not sealed correctly by the Trueform and it ended up being a waste of money. I would never purchase a product from Trueform again. I reached out to management and they never provided a response for replacing the defective sink.

Chipped Samples

I bought a sink and it came damaged. They sent me a replacement and after placing soap on the surface it stained the sink. I contacted Michael Serbia and he sent a repair kit that did not work. He refuses to send me a replacement for the defective sink.

Samples took so long, they were no longer applicable for the project - we're talking months, when I was told weeks.

My order was placed in January and it was not shipped you guys had no idea. Doesnt make me want to buy anything from you. I may never get it
