The product is super cool but it arrived with some black marking on it. I worked with them on using a cleaner to get it off. They offered to reship a new one but I declined because I worked on getting it cleaned off. Customer service didn't offer any sort of credit and even with the now 10% off on their site they couldn't honor it after the fact. Terrible.
