My order was somehow lost, even though I called in to check on the status at 5 weeks. At 8 weeks I had to call in again to find out what was taking so long. They said production lost my order and they expedited the sink for me. I received in less than 2 weeks from that point, but the sinks smells like fish! I hope it’s not missing a top coat to seal it. Perhaps it’s still curing? Also, if you’re ordering off of the sample chips, the sink will be lighter than you’re expecting.

CSR told me the sink would be ready in 3-5 wks. Delivery was 8wks almost 9wks. No communication on delay. I followed up with them twice by email. Not very clear on delivery instructions and who was shipping.

Received half the item I order

Did not send out samples for a week

There was no discount on the product or free shipping. We even called a sales representative and they told me they don’t offer any special pricing. We have a new house to build next spring, we will use another product.
